How It Works

Most leases in Japan require a "joint guarantor" — usually a Japanese relative. For members of the U.S. military community, this is often a major obstacle. By signing a guarantee entrustment contract with us, a rent guarantee company, you generally no longer need a Japanese joint guarantor. If a rent payment is ever late, we pay the owner on your behalf in accordance with the contract terms.
