What we work with are homes, and places to stay while travelling. They take different forms, but they share one thing: they are all places where people spend their time.
That is why our work does not end once something is built. Buildings age, neighbourhoods change, and so does the way people live. Continuing to tend to a place as it changes is, we believe, the work itself.
The rent guarantee service we launched in January 2026 comes from the same conviction. There are people who cannot rent a home for no other reason than that they have no guarantor. We would like to change that, even a little.
For people without family nearby, non-Japanese residents, and freelancers, the custom of requiring a joint guarantor can become a barrier to finding a home. We launched our rent guarantee service in January 2026 to remove that barrier.
